Need help setting up your board or getting sound to the mixer?

Set up your audio

Open Sound Library and choose Files & iCloud Drive to copy a track onto your device. In Sideline Settings, open Pregame sound check to confirm your output and play a short test sound.

Sync your board

Use the same iCloud account on both devices. Turn on iCloud sync in Sideline Settings and wait for Up to date before relying on the second device. Confirm your audio works offline before your event.

Connect Apple Music

Open Sideline Settings → Connections. Catalog playback requires a compatible Apple Music subscription and may require internet access. Use music you are authorized to play in the setting where you use Sideline.

Report a problem

Include your device model, iOS or iPadOS version, and what you were doing when the issue occurred. Share only information needed to troubleshoot.
